If you are selling your home, I will develop an effective marketing and advertising plan for your home based on the area you live in, the current market environment and the unique features of your home.  I will negotiate on your behalf, coordinate all aspects of the sale including inspections, managing the disclosures and all other required documentation and I will communicate with often you during the entire process.

If you are buying a home, I will work with you to understand your desires and I will diligently search for you and proactively provide information to you to assist you in your decision.  Once we have successfully negotiated an offer, I will manage the purchase process including arranging inspections, obtaining the necessary disclosures, and I will coordinate with your lender and escrow officer and I will facilitate any other resources needed to assist you with this very important purchase.

I have been a sales professional for 25+ years, and prior to beginning my real estate career I managed a global sales team with annual sales in excess of $275M per year.   I have an MBA from Loyola Marymount University with an emphasis in International Business and Finance.  I have lived in many places and traveled the world and I chose to live and work in Monterey County, as I believe it is one of the most beautiful places in the world.
