Miki has been a resident of the Monterey Peninsula since 1975, the same year she was licensed to sell real estate in California.  In 1981 she completed the education requirements and was licensed as a Broker.  After several years in the private sector and completing her BA at California State University Chico, she joined the City of Monterey and was instrumental in the creation of the Housing and Property Management Division.  At the Division she assisted in the management of the City's Affordable Housing Programs and the portfolio of leases and real estate.  Now, after 12 exciting years with the City, she has returned to the private sector to direct her full attention to real estate marketing and sales.
