Hank Veloz joined the real estate profession after a successful career in the title insurance industry, specializing in the management of escrow offices. During this period he was an escrow supervisor as well as a manager with the emphasis of his responsibilities focusing on problem solving and business development. In addition, Hank earned a community college teaching credential and continues to instruct real estate related courses at Monterey Peninsula College.

In the early nineties he left the escrow business and became a professional real estate consultant. His diverse background within the real estate industry has provided for a seamless transition to a new career in real estate sales.
